Crofters wedding reservations and conditions of booking
Once you have decided upon the Suite of your choice and have a short list of preferred dates please contact us to make a provisional reservation. We would suggest that you make a visit to fully appreciate the Hotel facilities.
Once you have decided on a date, a provisional booking will be held for up to 14 days, after which time the date should be confirmed or released.
To secure the date we require an initial non-returnable deposit of £300.00 and confirmation.
Minimum numbers will apply on certain dates, please enquire when making the booking. If under minimum numbers, a room hire charge may be applicable.
A further deposit is required three months prior to the date of your function, at £10.00 per head.
The projected balance is to be settled no later than twenty-eight days prior to the function on receipt of a Pro Forma invoice.
Three months prior to the function we would request that you contact us to finalise details for the day.
Final numbers are required no later than 96 hours prior to your function, after this date no refunds will be given.
Cancellation Policy - On confirmation, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation received three months prior to the function will result in a charge of 50% of the estimated function account; 2 months prior 75%; and 1 month prior the total cost of the function will be payable. Wedding insurance can be arranged, please ask for details.
Menu Selection - The Chef at the Cofters has created a menu of quality and adaptability with a range of individually priced courses, allowing you greater flexibility when selecting your menu. Menus should be chosen on the basis of all guests selecting the same dish, although we are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements or vegetarians. Special rates for children are available.
Menu prices are fully inclusive of V.A.T. at the appropriate rate.
We will be pleased to advise you on your seating arrangements etc., and will work with you on your arrangements so that your Wedding Day is everything that you could wish for.
The management reserve the right to amend prices at their discretion, but all prices will be confirmed three months prior to the reception.
No drinks can be brought on the premises for personal consumption.
The hotel does not accept responsibility for any item or gifts brought on the premises.
After contacting all our suppliers, we have been advised that no item on our menu contains Genetically Modified Ingredients. We will be monitoring this and will inform you of any changes.
