The Crofters Hotel packages are designed to help make the perfect day special. Our friendly team will look after you from the moment of your first enquiry and every subsequent step of the way to ensure that your celebration exceeds your dreams. With three different function suites to choose from, the Crofters are sure to meet with your requirements.

The Crofters holds a licence for Civil wedding ceremonies in 2 of the rooms providing the ideal location for the entirety of your special day. The patio and gardens provide a lovely setting for those all important photographs.

Whether it’s a small intimate reception for 10 or a lavish banquet for 200, the Crofters will create a day to cherish and remember, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent service and the finest cuisine.

When the big day arrives, all you will have to do is relax and enjoy yourself.

The Crofters is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in both the Bowland Room and the Lancaster Suite, with both the patio and garden providing perfect backdrops for photographs.

It is the responsibility of the bride and groom to arrange the Registrar and any licence fees must be paid directly to him.

Booking your Wedding Reception or Function

Having decided to hold your Wedding Reception, Function or Dinner Dance at
The Crofters you can make a provisional reservation by telephone and the date will be held for two weeks. To confirm the reservation we require a completed booking
form together with a non refundable deposit of £300.

Ten to Twelve weeks before your reception or function, we will arrange a mutually convenient appointment with you to discuss menus, timings, speeches and any other
details for your Wedding or Function.

50% of the estimated account is required twelve weeks prior to the date of the wedding. The remaining balance to be paid four weeks prior to the wedding with final numbers of guests attending. We recommend the purchase of wedding insurance.

The final numbers given two weeks before the wedding will be those catered and charged for.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and sent by recorded mail.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice and to change the function room if necessary to the smooth running of the event.

Liability
The Crofters shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage suffered by the Client or their guests. The Crofters shall not be liable for any failure to provide access to or use of The Crofters arising from circumstances outside The Crofter’s control, including for example acts of God, war, riot, explosion, abnormal weather or natural physical disaster. Fire, flood, strikes, impossibility of the use of the Hall or Government action or regulations.

Conduct and Damage to Property
In the event of guests’ behaviour being unacceptable to The Crofters, we reserve the right to insist on the immediate departure of the offending individual(s). The Client undertakes to indemnify The Crofters against all costs, losses and expenses incurred by The Crofters in making good any breakages or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the behaviour or conduct of the Client or their guests.
